We know this is a difficult time, so we wanted to give you a little update in light of this uncertainty surrounding the current COVID-19 outbreak.
We are doing our best to continue business as usual. Our factory is working as normal until further notice, which is not affecting our lead times on production orders.
Our main priority is the wellbeing of our staff and our clients. We have always upheld a strict hygiene regime at our factory but have increased the protocol even more; making sure all our workspaces are sparkling clean and any staff member who is feeling unwell is at home for at least a week. We have taken out some machines that we don’t use on a daily basis to allow extra room between workers and hand sanitizer is at each workplace to ensure all the fabrics and clothes being worked on are clean.
Our UK team are fortunate enough to work from home meaning design, marketing and production management will continue as normal. We want to reassure you that your production orders are being fulfilled as usual and we are working closely with our couriers to ensure they are in keeping with the latest hygiene advice from the government.
We will no longer be conducting meetings at our studio, but will continue to carry out calls and Zoom/Skype meetings.
